Federlavoro e Servizi (Workers, Production and Services co-operative Federation) organizes member co-operatives operating in the production, workers, small industry and service sectors.

Mission
The Federation outlines policy in the various sectors, assisting in the elaboration of overall strategies and in the achievement of the general objectives of Confcooperative itself.
The federation in particular:
- promotes and strengthens member co-operatives;
- assists and represents them in the stipulation of agreements and collective national employment contracts;
- handles external relations with public and private agencies;
- assists in the elaboration and definition of Confcooperative's policies and programmes;
- assists, in agreement with the territorial structures, in favouring the promotion of consortia and/or co-operative participation in societies identifying opportunities for development;
- promotes vocational training initiatives,
- handles technical, legislative, economic and market information.

Membership
Federlavoro e Servizi represents member co-operatives of 5 sectors (Construction, Industry, Services, Tertiary, Transport) that are further subdivided into 11 sub-sectors (Private guards, Cleaning and maintenance, Catering, Portering, Organizational services centres, Environment and alternative energy, Information technology, Engineering, Business consultancy, Public Goods)

National and international framework
Federlavoro e Servizi, at national level, interacts with other entrepreneurial forces in the sector through :
- the General Construction Consultory;
- UNATRAS (transport sector);
- the Collective Catering Committee;
- Ausitra in the service sector.
In Europe it is a founder member of CECOP and internationally it is a member of CICOPA.
